Refund policy
Each piece is one of a kind and handmade, so small variations in glaze, color, and form are part of the character, not defects.
**Returns**
- Because pieces are unique and handmade, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- If something is wrong with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you.
**Damaged or incorrect orders**
- If your piece arrives broken or you received the wrong item, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it when possible or issue a refund.
**Studio reservations and deposits**
- Reserving a studio piece requires a deposit. The balance is due when the piece is finished.
- If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the piece fails during making (cracking, drying, glazing, or firing), your deposit is refunded in full. Handmade work carries real risk, and that risk is on us, not you.
**Non-returnable**
- Used items, sale items, and gift cards.
