Shipping policy

Everything is made by hand, one piece at a time, in Havana, Florida.

**Processing times**

- In-stock pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days.

- Made-to-order pieces ship in about 2 to 3 weeks.

- Reserved studio pieces ship once they are finished and fully cured. You will get an update at each stage.

**Shipping**

- We ship within the United States via USPS. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

- Each piece is packed by hand with care to survive the journey.

- Flat-rate shipping is available at checkout. Standard delivery is $12; express (1-2 business days) is $15. Orders $70 and up ship standard for free.

**Local pickup**

- Free local pickup is available in Havana, FL. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when your piece is ready and arrange a time.

**Damage in transit**

- If your piece arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
